Hellwig released new bolt-on rear sway bars for the 2019-2020 Ford Ranger for both stock and lifted ride heights.
Available for both two- and four-wheel-drive pickups, the bars are designed to taper body roll and improve driver control during daily driving, towing, hauling and off-roading.
“Hellwig’s upgraded rear sway bar delivers a considerable reduction in body roll and lateral sway when entering corners, tightening up the truck’s driving dynamics,” Hellwig reports.
The bars are forged from solid 7/8-inch diameter heat-treated 4140 Chromoly steel bar stock and finished in Hellwig’s signature “Hammertone” powder coat to prevent corrosion and wear.
Owners can tune the stiffness of the rear sway bar to match their driving style thanks to the bar’s integrated three-hole adjustable rate ends.
Hellwig’s Ranger Rear Sway Bars are available for stock height trucks (P/N 7778) as well as trucks with a two to four-inch lifts (P/N 7842) and include polyurethane bushings that are designed to deliver smooth, squeak-free operation as well as adjustable end links to allow for easy integration with both factory and aftermarket suspension setups.
