A propane tank in a truck that exploded and injured at least one person and damaged a nearby business was caught on video.
Dashcam footage from a police car in Beebe, Ark. shows a pickup burning outside of a Burger King just moments before exploding.
“The employees of the business reported that there was a 100 pound propane tank in the bed of the pickup truck and one of the employees noted it was releasing air and gas,” Bebe police posted on their Facebook page. “She told the driver and he got out of the truck and went to check the shut off valve on the tank when the truck burst into flames.”
Police cleared out the restaurant and surrounding area before the tank exploded. The driver was hospitalized with unknown injuries. Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze.
