SeatRack system gives cars, SUVs work truck capabilities

Some jobs just don’t require the full capabilities of a work truck, and fitting pipes or boards in a car or SUV can be a real challenge. Well, it used to be.

Fourlane introduced its new SeatRack Interior Cargo Rack at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in Las Vegas Tuesday.

The SeatRack Interior Cargo Rack system includes two rack assemblies that install temporarily to fit any vehicle with removable headrests, allowing the driver to securely carry long objects up to 50 pounds.

Once adjusted, installation and removal take less than a minute, the company says. A rubber cover is included to increase grip and protect cargo. A camera/accessory mount (1/4-20 thread) is available separately.
