The Overhead Door Co.’s ArmorPlate rollup door – available in two thicknesses, ¼- and ½-inch – consists of high-strength steel skins bonded to a solid high-density polyethylene composite core. The thinner door panels incorporate painted white steel skins inside and out for added durability, while the tongue and groove panel joints use vinyl joint seals to help protect cargo from the elements, and the polycomposite panel core is built to resist to moisture.
The doors are available with a 1- or 2-inch track and roller setup with a flush-mounted center, removable end hinges and EZ Seal dual durometer PVC side seals. Options include the company’s SupeRollers and EverWare hardware, as well as stainless-steel rivets.
