Alliant Power has released a remanufactured high-pressure fuel pump kit and high-pressure fuel pump installation Kit for the 2008-2010 6.4L Ford Power Stroke.
Vehicles with these fuel pumps are subject to a high level of fuel contamination due to improper filtration. This exclusive kit is not offered by the OEM and includes all necessary parts to complete the job, including an updated pump cover gasket that in the past was prone to cause no start issues.
To remove the pump from the engine, a dual turbo setup is removed. The remaining kit contents and seals are used in the removal and reinstallation of that turbo charger assembly.
