Prolong Super Lubricants Boosts EP-2 Multi-Purpose Grease
To increase the longevity of bearings in bulldozers, conveyor lines, cables and other high-load applications, Prolong Super Lubricants’ new EP-2 Multi-Purpose Grease has been re-formulated with the company’s exclusive AFMT (Anti-Friction Metal Treatment) technology which reduces heat and friction in harsh, demanding environments.
Prolong EP-2 Multi-Purpose Grease with AFMT is a calcium sulfonate grease that delivers exceptional corrosion protection, high dropping point and mechanical stability, providing excellent resistance to water and oxidation over a wide temperature range.
“Our improved EP-2 Grease with AFMT uses a premium formula that clings well while lubricating over a wide temperature range to ease friction,” said Jeff Victer, Director of Sales – Global, Prolong Super Lubricants. “It is compatible for use where traditional silicone-based grease is used, but does not contain heavy metals or additives such as phosphorous, zinc or lead.”
Prolong EP-2 Grease with AFMT is available in 35-pound pails and 120- and 400-pound drums.
