Truck Accessories Group launched their new DCC-MT3 work cap and new BedSlide platform for the 2019 Chevy Silverado.
The all-aluminum work cap offers increased accessibility to storage compartments thanks to larger doors which come with locking T-handles or optional codeable door locks.
“One of the most exciting things about this truck cap is our customizable and adjustable tool box that we have,” Truck Accessories Group Senior Category Manager Fred Bournay said at The Work Truck Show in Indianapolis. “We’ve partnered up with sister company Masterack to supply this very flexible and customizable tool box to adapt to your needs and the tools that you carry with you in your truck.”
A fifth row bow was added to the top of the DCC-MT3 cap which provides a 20 percent increase in strength to allow for things like heavy ladders and bundles of conduit.
The BedSlide pull-out comes in 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000-lb. capacities. Some come with no-drill installation kits. Hook racks have been added to the inside of the cap to allow for hanging J-hooks, baskets and other accessories.
