Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (CVG) has been awarded a new contract to supply seating to the Caterpillar Building Construction Products Division.
The seating will be used in small wheel loaders, small-tracked tractors and mini-hydraulic excavators.
CVG says it plans to produce the seats at the Company’s National Seating facility in Vonore, Tenn. and production is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2013.
Currently CVG manufactures vehicle seating in the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Mexicoand Australia under the National Seating, Bostrom Seating, KAB Seating and Stratos Seating brands.
