Buick, GMC claim four awards in Texas
Companies recognized for new crossover models
The Texas Auto Writers Association named the 2013 Buick Enclave, which will soon arrive at dealerships, the “Crossover Utility Vehicle of Texas” after testing the industry’s newest models.
Buick and GMC combined for three individual crossover category wins. Enclave won “Full-size Luxury Crossover,” the 2013 GMC Acadia won “Full-size Crossover” and the 2013 GMC Terrain won “Mid-size Crossover.”
Enclave and Acadia are the first two of nine Buick and GMC models to be introduced in the next nine months. The 2013 Terrain launched earlier this year.
