Mile Marker Rear Winch Installed

On the anniversary of the Twin Towers attack I’m sitting here at Truck Supply & Outfitters as Daniel Parker installs a Mile Marker SEC9.5 winch under the rear of Big Red.
Parker is using the Mile Marker universal pickup mount and fabricating two extension plates so the winch can be mounted to the frame rails utilizing the factory hitch and its mounting points.
Then he’ll cut an opening in the Fab Four’s rear bumper for the cable/hawse-type fairlead. That will be hidden by the license plate.
It’ll be a slick setup for sure and allow this truck to have Mile Marker pulling power at both ends (We have the SEC15 in front.) — Bruce Smith / Editor
