P.T.O. features an integrated Vane Pump

MAXIMUM POWER AND A COMPACT DESIGN WITH THE NEW 560V SERIES P.T.O.

Vane Pump design provide you with a quiet operation not found in other P.T.O. designs

Olive Branch, MS, August 1st 2012 – Power density is what you will find in the Chelsea 560V Series P.T.O. and Vane Pump combination. Once again Chelsea leads the way in the development of a new rear mounted P.T.O. that features an integrated Vane Pump. The Vane Pump design is based on the Parker T6C family. With interchangeable Vane cartridges you can achieve flow rates from 3.4 (12.9 LPM) to 31.7 GPM (119.9 LPM) at 1200 R.P.M. and pressure ranges up to 3500 PSI (240 Bars). The combination of never having to set gear back lash and the Vane Pump design provide you with a quiet operation not found in other P.T.O. designs. The robust design of the 560V clutch pack provides you with a single continuous duty torque rating of 335 Lbs. ft. (454 N.m.). Because of this robust design this unit will no longer require an intermittent torque rating. Both the main P.T.O. housing along with the suction and pressure ports on the Pump can be rotated to provide you with maximum clearance underneath your truck. A wet spline connection between the P.T.O. and Vane Pump ensure you long life reducing your maintenance costs and time. Chelsea continues to lead the way in innovative power transfer concepts that provide you with ease of installation, power density and value for the vocational truck market.
