An Ohio man suspected of being a fraudulent tow truck driver first tried escaping police in a car and then on foot before finally being brought down by a Taser.

Rocky River police report that 39-year-old Michael King, who was wanted by several police agencies, was seen acting suspiciously early Monday behind a business in the town which borders Lake Erie just west of Cleveland.

After attempting to pull King over, he sped off in a Toyota Corolla and led police in a chase on Interstate 90 before exiting the highway in Cleveland where he lost control of the Toyota and crashed, according to cleveland19.com.

But King wasn’t done. He got out of the car and took off running. An officer shown in the video below chased after King on foot and brought him down with his Taser.

King faces various charges, including fleeing and eluding police and driving on a suspended license. The ignition to the Toyota had been punched out but had not yet been reported stolen.

King had been wanted by numerous law enforcement agencies for posing as a tow truck driver and scamming residents in Cleveland, according to news5cleveland.com.
