Mitsubishi Fuso Truck announced Wednesday that it’s offering an online interactive warranty program that will include 24/7 roadside assistance.
FusoFirst includes a website and mobile app that quickly guides users to other benefits including operator training, parts and service availability and dealership technician training.
“We recognize that driver education and continually improving customer service are keys to a strong future,” says Jecka Glasman, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America president and CEO. “Our new FusoFirst program is designed to signal our commitment to our customers in a tangible way.”
The roadside assistance program provides 24/7 towing, tire service, jump-starting, lockout service, fuel replenishment and DEF fluid fill-up.
FusoFirst is available free of charge in the U.S. and Canada for any FUSO Canter FE or FG Series work truck still in its three-year/unlimited mileage, bumper-to-bumper warranty period.
The mobile app includes a troubleshooting feature. Online content includes a dealer locater, link to a roadside assistance number, a vehicle support wizard that guides the driver through troubleshooting scenarios, driver assistance videos and downloadable vehicle technician information.
Current FUSO truck owners will receive a FusoFirst kit that provides warranty information. New truck owners will receive the warranty kit at the time of vehicle delivery.
