BladeRunner for Dodge RAM Maximizes Air Flow
aFe Power has announced the pre-release of an intake manifold for the 2010-12 Dodge RAM 2500/3500 L6-6.7L. The BladeRunner intake manifold uses multiple directional vane technology to guide the air through the manifold, maximizing air flow. Constructed out of cast 808 aluminum alloy, this manifold uses a proprietary internal bolt design to help increase the flow and provide a solid seal void of leaks or deformities.
It comes with up to five ports for nitrous injection, gauges and other accessories. The manifold allows for the retention of the stock ERG Cooler. In recent testing, the BladeRunner outflowed the factory intake by 34 percent and resulted in gains of up to 29 hp and 56 lbs x ft. of torque.
To increase air velocity, the BladeRunner uses multiple directional vane technology that splits the air into multiple streams for increased performance and improved throttle response. A black powder coat finish is added for styling and extra durability. The intake comes complete with all necessary tools for easy installation.
