Drove the truck to the corporate offices in Tuscaloosa, Al, yesterday from my office in Long Beach, MS. 270 miles.
Nice ride. 19+ mpg in the 75mph lane.
Have the Dick Cepek 33×12.50R17 Fun Country tires on it now. Used stock steel rims — for now.
Tires emit a slight whine at highway speed and you feel more of the road surface. But they are an overall better ride than the stock Firestone HTs.
Saturday the truck heads north to the NTPA championship round in Tomah, WI where it’ll be on display at the Mobil Delvac booth June 20-23.
Should get a little attention from Ram lovers. Still have a lot more to add on when it gets back.
