This industrial-quality headlamp produces 344 lumens of light in both Ultra Flood View or Bull’s-Eye spot pattern.The spot beam projects out 670 feet.
Thanks to Coast’s patented Pure Beam Focusing Optic system, the HL8 can be used in high and low output modes that can be adjusted with the easy to use Light Output Control Dial.
The ANSI runtime of the HL8 is over 19 hours in max mode and 79 hours on low mode.
The water-and-impact-resistant headlamp has an oversized power switch, an easy-to-grip bezel which is hinged to make beam positioning fast and easy, and adjustable elastic head straps for total comfort.
Power comes from a rubber-encased battery pack sealed for water resistance, and it can be removed and attached to a belt with the extended battery cord that’s included. The HL8 also comes with helmet clips for use with hard hats.
