It’s the end of the magazine road for Project Super Crew. The sweepstakes drawing is done (no word on winner yet) and the only thing left to do on it is a full detail inside and out.
Been a fun project truck to build. Turned a lot of appreciative heads at the trade and auto shows it’s been displayed.
Fuel economy, well, it’s been averaging between 12-13 around town and around 14-15 on the open road.
Not bad considering the 35s, lifted stance, and some 2,000 pounds additional weight of the equipment and upgrades.
I’ve driven this truck on and off-road. It’s one of the most comfortable and capable project trucks I’ve helped build over the last 20 years.
Mr.Contractor Winner, you’re gong to have the keys to a fine work truck! We’ll miss it….
