MARADYNE SPONSORS VENTURINI MOTORSPORTS IN ARCA RACING
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Venturini Motorsports, a family-owned team based in Concord, N.C., uses Maradyne’s Champion Low Profile Series 16-inch fan (part # M162K) on its fleet of more than 30 Chevrolet and Toyota race cars. The Champion Series offers a low profile, push-pull fan in a quiet, reversible S-blade design that eliminates vibration contact and increases airflow.
Maradyne’s Champion Low Profile Series fan cools high-performance race engines with its 225 watt heavy duty motor that delivers 2,170 cubic feet per minute (CFM) with an amp draw of 18.0.
“Having a team like Venturini Motorsports gives Maradyne the ultimate testing grounds of the ARCA Racing Series to gauge the effectiveness of our product line. If their drivers trust the cooling benefits of our Champion Low Profile Fans, then it surely can handle the street enthusiasts’ needs,” said Fred Garza, national sales manager, Maradyne High Performance Fans. “Witnessing the performance as these fans cool the engines during caution laps and in the pit to prevent overheating is one of the reasons why our 16-inch Champion Low Profile Series is one of our most popular fan options.”
Out of 49 starts in the 2011 ARCA Racing Season, Venturini Motorsports has racked up three wins, 13 Top 5 and 23 Top 10 finishes and seven pole positions.
“As the premier driver development team in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards, we pride ourselves on putting the best possible equipment on the track week after week,” said Billy Venturini, director of competition, Venturini Motorsports. “Our relationship with Maradyne has proven to be one of our key and trusted partners over the last several years and we’re happy to have their support again for the 2012 ARCA season. In a sport that relies heavily on the reliability of the equipment we use it’s comforting to know the products coming from Maradyne deliver the performance we demand. The 16” Champion Low Profile fan goes into every one of our cars before they hit the track.”
