aFe 2013 Duramax HD Cold Air Intake
Owners of 2013 GM HD pickups with the 6.6L LML Duramax can get a boost in power with a new cold-air intake from advanced Flow engineering (aFe).
aFe Power’s Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Intake System for the 2013 GM Silverado HD/Sierra HD V8-6.6L Duramax adds produces up to 36hp and up to 63 lbs.-ft. torque while outflowing the factory intake by up to 33%.
This intake uses a powder-coated heat-shielded air box with a two-piece intake tube to improved volumetric efficiency and maximum performance while lowering Intake Air Temps (I.A.T).
Utilizing factory mounting points, this system provides a hassle free installation.
A one-piece powder-coated heat-shield is used to keep the air intake charge cool and dense.
This heat-shield features two built-in grille side fresh air scoops and two rows of louvers that bring in additional outside air for a cooler, denser air intake charge.
