“Our Prestone Command Heavy Duty 2 in 1 Flush & Degreaser has been engineered with new technology including an oil encapsulation system that strips grease and oil from the surface and acid cleaner that dissolves corrosion and scale without damaging metals,” said Thomas Kalagher, performance chemical product manager.
“What previously took two products and multiple flush procedures can now be completed in one easy process resulting in lower maintenance costs and increased uptime.”
Prestone also announced that its windshield washer fluids are now available in drums.
Prestone made its new product announcements recently at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) in Las Vegas where the Illinois-based company also kicked off its 90th anniversary.
While at HDAW, Prestone Command team experts led discussions on industry trends.
Among those trends is the shift from a NOAT to a Nitrite Free (NF) OAT coolant technology and the implications to fleets.
