Volvo Trucks posted an impressive video Thursday on YouTube which shows one of their trucks hauling a 165-ton windmill on a 17-axle trailer in Denmark.
At one point in the 3-minute long video, you’ll see another backing up on the road and pulling over to let the massive load squeeze by.
You’ll also notice the absence of wide-load signage that’s required on U.S. roads. The Volvo FH16 750, an impressive workhorse, is accompanied by three escort vehicles and has to stop periodically to allow workers to remove street signs that would otherwise fall victim to the wide load.
