Reid Bigland has been named President and CEO of the Ram Truck Brand.
He will continue to serve as head of U.S. Sales, and President and CEO of Chrysler Canada.
Most recently, he was President and CEO of the Dodge Brand.
Bigland replaces Fred Diaz, who has run Chrysler’s Ram truck brand for the last four years, would is leaving the company to become divisional vice president of sales and marketing for Nissan’s U.S. division effective May 1.
Bigland came to Chrysler in July 2006 from Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation.
Timothy Kuniskis will now serve as President and CEO of the Dodge Brand, after most recently serving as head of the FIAT Brand for North America.
