Hopping into the back of a disorganized pickup bed full to hunt down a tool or whatever else is piled back there can be a real pain.
To help clean up the clutter and keep it safe from the elements consider the Decked Storage System. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) co-molded to a galvanized steel subframe, the Decked Storage System weighs around 200 lbs. and offers two large drawers that can be accessorized and loaded down with 200 pounds of stuff per drawer. Additional storage areas called ammo cans are found on the outside of the drawers next to the sides of the bed.
The top of the deck supports up to 2,000 pounds of payload. Tie-down clips can be mounted inside recessed tracks that run the length of the deck. Plenty of accessories are available such as removable D-Boxes that fit inside the drawers, locks, trays, dividers, CoreTrax and T-Tracks. It takes about 15 minutes to load or unload the system.
The Decked Truck Storage System is available for most mid- and full-size pickups sold in the U.S. since 2000. The system is also available for Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Chevy Express, GMC Savana, Mercedes Sprinter and Nissan NV vans. Visit Decked’s commercial site for fleet needs. A fitment guide is included.
Decked’s vice-president of of marketing, Greg Randolph, did a good job of not getting upstaged by the Diesel Brothers recently at SEMA as he gave us a tour of the system. The Diesel Brothers have endorsed the Decked Storage System on their show on Discovery and were there to sign autographs and take pictures with their fans. Take a look!
