ODYSSEY “Performance Series” Battery Line Expanded
EnerSys is expanding the ODYSSEY Performance Series with three new batteries coming this fall.
The ODYSSEY Performance Series 34-790 and 78-790 batteries will launch in October, with the bigger 65-760 battery arriving in November.
The new battery models are designed specifically for consumer passenger and commercial vans, custom and classic cars, SUVs and diesel trucks.
These batteries are designed specifically OE batteries where more deep-cycling capabilities for parasitic loads are needed.
The ODYSSEY® Performance Series 34-790 and 78-790 batteries feature 792 CCA and 114 RC minutes and the ODYSSEY Performance Series 65-760 battery features 762 CCA and 129 RC minutes.
All three batteries have a a four-year full replacement warranty, and three- to 10-year service life and two-year storage life at 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Celsius).
The batteries are vibration resistant, classified as “non-spillable” by the DOT.
