BCI acquires Wrangler NW Power Products 
Arlington, WA, May 9, 2011 — Ballard Commercial Industries, Inc. (BCI) has announced the acquisition of Wrangler NW Power Products.
The acquisition of Wrangler Power Products provides BCI with a well known brand that enjoys a solid reputation in the specialty automotive market.
Wrangler NW Power Products manufactures high-output alternators, battery trays, and wiring kits for the U.S. military, emergency vehicles, heavy-duty trucking, off-road vehicles and the extreme audio market.
Wrangler Power Products joins Balmar in BCI’s group of companies.
For more than 30 years Balmar has engineered and manufactured DC charging systems for the marine industry.
Balmar specializes in high- output alternators and smart, multi-stage voltage regulators for recreational, commercial and military vessel applications.
