Airaid cold-air intake kit adds more power to 6.7L Powerstroke; easy installation for better engine performance
Cold-air intake kits provide an easy way for pickup owners to get a little more power from their truck’s engine by removing factory restrictions on air flow. Such kits work even better with a power tune.
Airaid specializes in such kits and we installed one on a Ford Super Duty 6.7L Powerstroke. The kit fits 2011-2015 models and, as the video slide show above shows, it’s easy to install.
The kit replaces the OEM air box, filter and air tube with Airaid’s components.
The Airaid filter is said to flow more air in dirty, dusty conditions than Ford’s stock filter, and it’s reusable.
