Polaris boosts fun factor; massive changes for 2015 ATVs

6oth anniversary brings new models, more power, and a wider range of accessories to Polaris ATV line

Model Year 2015 marks the 60th anniversary for Polaris Industries in the off-road market and the Minnesota company is celebrating in style with the most changes in a product line by any ATV manufacturer.

From the entry-level 2015 Sportsman ETX ATV, which retails for $5,899, to the limited-production, high-performance RZR XP High Lifter Edition and Desert Edition models that command $28,000, the ATV manufacturer has a product that appeals to any ATVers of all ages and pursuits.

In between are dozens of models of ATVs and side-by-sides, from the fun single-seat Polaris Ace to the workhorse Ranger Diesel, that can be used for work and play. 

“Polaris sets the bar for industry innovation in off-road vehicles and introduce new products that are relevant to our customers’ needs,” said David Longren, Polaris Off-Road Division’s Vice President. “From first-time users, to recreationalists, to those who rely on their vehicles for work, Polaris offers the most-complete, off-road vehicle lines on the market.”

Meanwhile, 75- percent of Ranger’s lineup receives performance upgrades and restyling based on the industry’s flagship vehicle, the Ranger XP 900; Sportsman ATVs add six new members and redefines its premium and value offerings.  

Polaris has also added the ACE 570 to the Sportsman ACE line giving buyers the option of two performance levels.
