Colorado and Canyon will join the all-new 2014 Silverado and Sierra 1500s, and the upcoming Silverado and Sierra HDs, to give Chevrolet and GMC the industry’s most comprehensive lineups of pickups, helping customers choose the right truck for their needs.

Full reveals of the two new pickups are not yet out, but the teaser shows a redesigned front clip with a bull nose profile.

Both the  Colorado and the Canyon are expected to feature design cues similar to that of the new Silverado and Sierra 1500 and HD model pickups.

GM’s CFO says that the new models will give customers capable, versatile, fuel-efficient alternatives to full-size pickups.

Production is scheduled to start in 2014 at GM’s Wentzville, MO, assembly center and availability should be late spring 2014. Pricing has  not yet been announced.
