Walter Surface Technologies ZIP+ XTRA, a new cutting wheel for heavy-duty steel and stainless steel applications
Cutting through steel and stainless plate, bolts, and other metal materials takes a toll on cutting wheels. But Walter Surface Technologies has a new wheel design that far outlasts other brands subjected to such heavy-duty use: the ZIP+EXTRA.
The 1/19″ thick ZIP+ XTRA replaces the existing ZIP+ and features Walter’s exclusive, patented rib design to reduce friction on the surface for faster and cooler cutting.
With these added features, this new cutting wheel is the ideal solution for metal fabricators, manufacturers and contractors who are looking for a fast, smooth and efficient cut for their most demanding applications.
ZIP+ XTRA’s durability and speed is the result of a new formulation of zirconium grains that are more durable against the toughest materials.
