Light-duty DPF filters from Redline Emissions Products are now being distributed by Diesel Emissions Service.Diesel Emissions Service (DES) announced that it’s now distributing light-duty diesel particulate filters (DPF) from Redline Emissions Products.
Redline has released its line of light-duty DPFs for Ford, Dodge, Chevy and will be introducing EGR coolers, charge air coolers, turbos and accessories during the fourth quarter of 2016.
DES added Redline’s DPFs to complement their current OEM replacement line for heavy duty DPFs under the Durafit brand. With this addition DES can now cover DPF replacements for Class 2-8 vehicles.
Redline’s light duty DPFs meet or exceed OEM standards and have been tested at West Virginia University for performance and durability. Redline’s DPFs are made in the U.S. and come with mounting hardware, gaskets and a 2-year/50,000-mile warranty, which DES reports is the longest warranty period offered currently in the light duty market.
All Redline DPFs offer the following features
- Equivalent Performance to the OEM DPF.
- Filters 99 percent of engine-out soot/particulate matter
- Lower back pressure levels compared to competitors at all tested engine loads.
- Optimized PGM (Platinum Group Metals) loading provide cleaner exhaust, increased durability and reduced DPF regeneration events.
“DES has been on the leading edge of OEM DPF replacements for heavy duty vehicles since 2014 by supplying the Durafit brand in North America and Australia,” says Steve Hoke, president of DES.
“With the addition of Redline we will be able to offer our customers economical options for their light duty vehicles eliminating the need for them to rely on the OEM for replacement parts. The bottom line is these products save our customers’ money and downtime.”
Redline Emissions Products debuted at the Association of Diesel Specialist international trade show in Las Vegas earlier this month.
