Falken WildPeak all-season tires

FALKEN WILDPEAK H/T

FONTANA, CA – Falken Tire, a leader in high performance tire technology for both cars and trucks, has announced that its new Wildpeak HT, the latest member of the exceptional line-up of Wildpeak tires, went on sale March 1st at retailers nationwide.

Adding the Wildpeak H/T, a dedicated highway, all-season M+S rated tire, offering a superb combination of exceptional dry handling and ultra-responsive wet braking on multiple roadway surfaces, enables Falken to meet the needs of drivers who are looking for the best light truck and SUV tire on the market today, according to Falken’s Vice President of Marketing, Andrew Hoit.

“Today’s consumers need a tire capable of delivering an outstanding value without sacrificing performance,” he added.

The Wildpeak H/T delivers a 60,000-mile limited warranty, and features Falken’s specially designed tread pattern which optimizes traction, control and durability.

A key market for the WildPeak H/T is 1/2-ton to 3/4-ton pickup owners of the Ford F150, Chevy Silverado and Dodge Ram, with up to 40 choices offered in OE diameters to include 17-, 18- and 20-inch.

“We are excited to build on our success and momentum in the Light Truck category with the expansion of the Wildpeak family of products.

The Wildpeak A/T, launched in early 2010, has received stellar reviews from the media, and we have every reason to believe the new HT is going to continue carrying the Falken brand message in the same high quality, high performance direction,” stated Hoit,

“The H/T integrates important features that enable improved gas mileage, along with a wide steel belt, which dramatically enhances rigidity of the tread and provides improved handing and high-speed stability; a high tension casing ply that balances both driving stability and overall comfort.

These benefits make Wildpeak H/T a highly functional all-season tire.” Falken’s Wildpeak product lines continue to serve as the Official Truck Tire of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross series, and will be on display at all race events throughout the 2012 season.
